To Let The Oppressed Go Free
We live in a world that sees much oppression and corruption. God is not the author of these qualities, so where do they come from? Corruption is generally by those in positions of authority or power. The king of Tyre was corrupt and he is used to typify Satan, the true source of oppression and corruption. Through Christ, we have atonement and freedom from bondage. Our atonement typifies the coming atonement for all mankind when the oppressed go free.
