The God of Our Salvation
During the Feast we accentuate God’s plan of salvation. What is salvation and can we see the development of God’s concept of salvation from a past, present and future perspective? God has consistently provided “saving acts” (deliverance) for His people. Many were physical as in the case of Israel. However, God’s covenant develops from letter to spirit when we come to today and on into tomorrow. This underscores our responsibility as today is our day of salvation.
