Being Holy
As God’s people we are to proclaim the praises of Him who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light and teach the difference between the holy and unholy and to cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
The question is, can you and I proclaim and teach clearly with proper understanding and discernment what is holy and clean? This study of the scriptures can give us the knowledge we need to understand why God set apart ancient Israel and the New Testament Church to be a holy people and how to remain holy and practice holiness as God is holy.
1 Peter 2:9 (NKJV) …you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
Ezekiel 44:23 (NKJV) “And they shall teach My people the difference between the holy and the unholy, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
