Greetings,
We are so grateful for the knowledge of God’s plan of salvation. While we don’t know all the details of how this plan is developing, we do have enough revealed to us to give an outline with which we can observe the unfolding events in the world around us. We know that prophecy does not come from the mind of man, but from servants of God through whom the Holy Spirit worked (2 Peter 1:21).
Prophecy is trustworthy and is an anchor for us in a world of ever changing circumstances. Even a year or two ago who would have imagined beheadings becoming a regular part of our daily news? Are we anchoring ourselves against the uncertainty of Satan’s world? Just as importantly, are we working to anchor our families so that our children can feel secure in knowing God is in charge of world events?
I would like to remind us of something the Church published back in 1988:
“Never before in all history has mankind faced a future so seemingly dark and ominous. Many sense the gravity of present world conditions. Many feel ever-increasing anxiety and uneasiness. There is no question about it! Your life will be affected dramatically by events developing in the Middle East!
But you needn’t feel helpless! As surely as God predicted these events, He also promises protection during this prophesied crisis to those who sincerely seek to do His will – to those willing to change their prejudices and rid themselves of deep-seated hatreds and suspicions, to repent of their rebellion against God and His law, to yield themselves to the authority of Jesus Christ, to call upon God for deliverance in heartfelt prayer.” (From The Middle East in Prophecy)
This is a godly response to the present uncertainty we see and feel around us. We can be very grateful to God that in general we know the answer to the question as to what lies ahead. Let’s follow the apostle Peter’s admonition: “Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless” (2 Peter 3:13-14).
Feast of Tabernacles 2015

Some of the activities planned during the Feast include: a tour of the old walled city of Ahrweiler just 2 miles away, a gondola ride across the Rhine River to an ancient fortress in the nearby city of Koblenz, a wine tasting, and a Sabbath afternoon picnic on the banks of the Ahr River.
The nearest international airports are Frankfurt and Cologne/Bonn. Public transportation is available and we can help you plan your journey from the airport to the Festival site.
