Are We Still Leaving Our Spiritual Egypt?
As we approach the Passover and the Spring Holy Days, we take time to examine ourselves and to deleaven our homes. We also review scriptures dealing with subjects like the Passover and the Exodus because of their very important meaning at this time.
When we were initially called by God, we too began our own Exodus. It’s a journey that started by taking us from our previous lives, from our own “spiritual Egypt” where the old man lives, and then led us to a place where we would begin to know God and His plan for us.
This journey is a life-long process that we must continue to pursue and evaluate as it pertains to our spiritual growth, maturity and overcoming.
