The First Commandment: No other “gods”

God said of King David, “I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will.” Who wouldn’t want to hear God say that of them? David loved God’s law and so must we if we hope to hear similar words spoken of us. In this message, we’ll look at the first of the Ten Commandments. We are to have no other gods before the true God. We’ll see that the magnitude of God’s greatness, when actively dwelt on, is truly humbling and will shape our course daily.
