Is “As We Are” Enough”?
Could we in the Churches of God sometimes feel that because we have been called of God and lived a life supposedly walking a path that God has laid out before us — could we believe that we have done enough…in a sense, perhaps not in the same sense that the world sees that God accepts us as we are, but in a higher sense in that we have tried to live a good life and now what’s left? Have we just ratcheted ourselves up to a higher level and now feel that we have totally swept our spiritual house clean, as it were? Or is there more… how much have we really examined ourselves? Let us look at how we should approach this examination of ourselves and take into account two points toward preparing for what God is looking for in His people during this Passover season.
