Called, Chosen and Faithful
The Feast of Trumpets is here and it pictures a significant time in the future for all that are connected to the truth of God and His way of life. It is a milestone in the lives of God’s people and for the world itself. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 describes a very positive moment for the people of God. It describes our meeting with Christ at His Return. What will the traits be for those firstfruits of God? Revelation 17:14 states that those who are firstfruits will have the traits of being called, chosen and faithful. We understand that God does the calling and Christ chooses us out of the world, but we must have the third trait of faithfulness to complete what God wants to see in us. Today, let us go over three steps that help insure faithfulness and confidence in the Almighty God.
