This week we are providing the information needed for making housing reservations at both Feast sites in the U.S. – Tulsa and Oxnard. Since the contracts were completed we saw no reason to delay releasing the information but it is not something that has to be acted on immediately.
The morning after I arrived in Melbourne, Australia, there was an earthquake so I am feeling right at home. We didn’t feel it and I am not aware of any damage at this time. The members here send their regards to you all.

Feast Booking Information
September 25 – October 6, 2015 (These rates include Friday and Saturday prior to the Feast which begins on Sunday evening. We are planning to hold Sabbath services at both locations on September 26th).
Residence Inn by Marriott at River Ridge, Oxnard
*Studio Suites (sleeps up to 3) available at $114.00 per night plus 10% Hotel Tax
(Featuring one king or queen bed, living area with sofa sleeper, full bath and full kitchen)
*Penthouse Suite (sleeps up to 5) available at $140.00 per night plus 10% Hotel Tax
(Featuring a bedroom with queen bed and full bath, loft with queen bed and full bath, living room with sofa sleeper and fireplace plus a full kitchen)
Please also add 0.065% California Tourism Assessment and 1.5% Ventura County Tourism Assessment to all rates.
Reservations must be made prior to September 13, 2015. After that date the group rate is subject to availability.

House Rentals: COGWA is considering a site in Ventura so those who are considering house rentals may want to take that into consideration.
