Greetings,
Satellite Sites:
Many are on the move already headed to the various meeting places, with the main site being in Oxnard, CA. This year there will be several smaller satellite sites – including Branson, MO, Motley, MN, Roswell, NM, and Boise, ID. Finances and health are the main determining factors for these extra sites. As well, a number will be in their homes, unable to travel anywhere. Please especially remember isolated brethren in your prayers.
Germany:
In Germany, the hotel of choice for the Feast has not yet been restored after serious flood damage more than a year ago. The hotel we were going to use (same as last year) informed us just a few weeks ago that they were canceling our booking. Thankfully a different hotel has been secured, and the German brethren will be able to meet together.
Philippines:
After a difficult couple of years in the Philippines due to tight Covid restrictions, things have opened sufficiently for members to be able to congregate together again. Some 40+ members will gather in various locations.
Opening Night:
For those in different time zones as well as internationally, an opening night message has been recorded and will be available on the church website. Go to Messages> Feast of Tabernacles> By date. It will be available after Atonement. During the Feast, full services will additionally be posted daily at this web address.
Sabbath Services:
The weekly Sabbath service for October 8 will be a pre-recorded service since we are unable to be fully set up in Oxnard to stream. This will be available online as usual. There will be services in the main ballroom at the Residence Inn on that Sabbath at the usual time of 11:00 AM Pacific.
Safe travels and a happy Feast.
