The First Truth Restored
A number of basic truths, which had been lost for many years, were restored to the Philadelphia era of the Church around 1953. Today I would like to address one of those basic truths and that is “The Gospel of the Kingdom of God.”
The Gospel of the Kingdom of God was suppressed around 70 AD and a totally new religion was introduced to the world. Why? Because Satan is the god of this present world and he doesn’t want any other government on earth. So Satan has deceived the whole world except for the few elect that he has not been able to get to. He has not been able to deceive those elect few because God has given them His Holy Spirit and, as a result, those few are able to understand the true gospel and they have accepted it.
With God’s Holy Spirit they understand the things of God, the gospel not about Christ but of Christ. The same gospel that Jesus Christ preached when He was on earth, the same gospel that the apostles preached — the understanding that the present type of government that we have today is going to terminated and a new government is coming. A just & fair type of government, with no pain, no war, no sickness but great good news.
