Tools to Enhance Perception
The intent is to look at perception. Perception is the ability to see, hear, or become aware of something through the senses. Perception can also mean a mental image.
This message addresses three different ways we perceive. It discusses sight, hearing, and a mental impression. Through use of the Bible we can see and evaluate ourselves and understand how and where we should improve. Through the help of the Holy Spirit we can filter what we hear.
Is it directed toward God the Father or to the glory of oneself? The imagery given by John is of around the throne in heaven. It’s Ok to visualize this scene as we come before Him in prayer through faith.
