Time Now To Prepare

The Day of Trumpets embraces aspects of both triumph and alarm. God tells us to rejoice on this day. We rejoice because this day signifies Christ’s return to earth to bring peace to mankind and to teach God’s principles of love and outgoing concern. God is preparing a people who possess the godly character of a king who will rule under Christ and will teach God’s ways. This is a sober calling that God has extended to the Church. It’s a calling that we need to take seriously and show our Father that we individually hear the trumpet by preparing ourselves now to develop the character traits needed to rule under Christ and to lead people to their God and Father.
