The Joy Set Before Us
We are fast approaching a time of tribulation such as the world has never seen before. It will be a time of instability and hopelessness – the worst of circumstances. Thankfully there is a fruit of the Holy Spirit that can give us stability and endurance to the very end. It is the fruit of joy. Christ, who was rightly called a man of sorrows, endured to the very end of His life for the joy that was set before Him. The joy of giving of ourselves to strengthen others will take our focus off of self in the worst of times.
