Psalm 27 – My Light and Salvation
Psalm 27 is recited twice daily by many Jewish communities during the Month of Elul. Jewish sages identify 3 fall Feast Holy Days (the Last Great Day is conflated with the Feast of Tabernacles).
The Psalm is usually understood without reference to the fall Holy Days. But the purpose today is to see why Jews regard Psalm 27 so highly for the fall Holy Days and what it means for us.
