Ken Vail discusses the influence of peer pressure. The desire to conform and fit in can drive us to accept wrong in place of wright. Great courage is required to resist Satanic social pressure that increasingly shuns and isolates those who reject sin. 1) Know what is right. Learn the truth through diligent study.
God’s Word shows the way to a joyful, free, and right way of life. 2) Do what is right. Stubbornly refuse Satan’s coercion. Practice responding to these pressures before they come upon you. 3) Choose friends and situations wisely. Those we spend time with influence us. Being ridiculed and rejected is emotionally painful. However a faithful life demands that we stand apart for the truth.
