If You Don’t Work, You Don’t Eat!
The story of the founding of Jamestown, the first permanent English colony in the New World, carries a lesson that applies to all mankind. It is based on the teaching that one has to work in order to eat. This has obvious physical applications and as we study this teaching we’ll find that there are spiritual parallels and instruction to the Church as well.
Be actively working and applying God’s word in order to reap the benefits of His promises and to be fed by His word.
