“The Give Way”
Have you ever come into remembrance of something you were told over and over again in your youth that you earlier ignored? Most of us have. It maybe comes back because of the pain that we have incurred as a result. Within the Church of God, many of us can vividly remember how Mr. Herbert Armstrong repeatedly talked about the lessons of the two trees in the Garden of Eden. The tree of life represented the give way of cooperation and love which will lead to eternal life. The tree of the knowledge of good and evil typified the get way of competition and strife which will ultimately lead to eternal death. Considering the present condition of the church, do we “get it” now or do we need to come into the remembrance of those lessons again?
