November 12, 2023 – Janice just returned from her orthopedic doctor regarding her broken shoulder. Everything is healing well and she no longer has a sling. She continues therapy twice a week. She appreciates everyone’s prayer.
October 12, 2023 – Janice got back from her orthopedic doctor concerning her upper arm break. After looking at the X-rays she had from the previous doctor, he gave her two choices. He could operate or she could just leave it in the sling because God was the perfect healer. She said she now “loves” her doctor. She chose to leave it in the sling. The doctor gave her more meds for the lingering pain and scheduled her to come back in two weeks for manipulation therapy to keep the shoulder loose. Jim and Janice thanks you for all the prayers.
10/4/2023 – Update on Janice…her upper arm is broken. More than hairline fracture, but not extreme. The emergency doctor said it might not have to be pinned, but she must meet with an orthopedist to confirm. She has been given pain meds. Please pray she won’t need to have it pinned.
10/03/2023 – Tuesday evening while exiting a store and blinded by the sun tripped. She fell directly on her shoulder and her face/forehead. Being it was early evening; all urgent care facilities were closed in the small town where they are keeping the feast. She will visit an urgent care once one opens tomorrow. Please pray for her fast healing and that there are no complications.
