Our vision is the unified spiritual Bride of Christ, living and representing the gospel of God’s plan of salvation for humanity. Our mission is to nurture the church family as a spiritual organism, feeding the flock and sharing the gospel.
We live in trying times. People are less sensitive to the needs and feelings of others in these last days. When we’re offended, sinned against ― even though we have God’s Spirit ― our first impulse in these trying times is to strike back, to get some sort of revenge which we try to shroud as “justice”. But as people of God, we hope that we can recall that Christ insisted on a different way. He chose to forgive. Perhaps we’ve felt that there is a limit and once another person has past that limit, we can then feel justified in our feelings to be angry. Yet Christ did not see that way to be the correct one. Today, let us examine the way Christ saw to be the correct way and see how forgiveness plays an essential part in our spiritual life.
