My internet connection is slow. Can I still view the video live stream?
We stream in multiple resolutions: 720p, 480p, 360p and 160p. Your video player will automatically switch resolutions based on your internet connection. You can manually override the player and select a resolution that works better for you. If you’re still having issues even with the lowest resolution, we recommend that you switch to the audio-only stream.

The live stream on the iPad is 30 seconds behind. Is that normal?
The streaming server that we use generates multiple streaming formats to support many devices. We use Apple’s HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) protocol to stream to iOS devices. Apple by design, adds 3 ten second delays to the HLS stream, therefore creating a 30 second delay for iPads, iPhones and iPod devices. So, a 30 second delay is indeed normal.
How do I know if the live stream is working?
We’ve added alert notifications underneath the video and audio players to notify viewers in an event there’s a problem with the live stream. If you don’t see a message, it means most likely there are no incidents to report. If there’s a problem with the live stream, we will be posting alert messages throughout. The alert messages will be shown in bold RED text.
